You represent and warrant that: (a) you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses; (b) your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party; and (c) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or explicit material not appropriate for a general audience.
• Depicts violence, self-harm, or cruelty to animals.
• Promotes illegal activities, discrimination, hatred, or harassment.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

3.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all User Content and use of the Service. We may remove or refuse to post any User Content for any reason or no reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms. We may also take appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service. However, we are not responsible for any failure to remove or delay in removing content.
